TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dynastree.gg ("Dynastree", "we", "us") is an independent fantasy sports platform operating games such as Premier Manager 2026, Tour Manager 2026 and future titles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, club, federation or athlete referenced on the site.

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts created to gain an advantage in a game or mini-league may be removed.
• Team names, manager names and league names must not be offensive, impersonating, or infringing on someone else's rights.

Dynastree is played for entertainment. Squad budgets, player values and points are fictional and hold no monetary value. We do not offer wagering, betting, cash prizes, or the ability to buy, sell or cash out in-game value. Nothing on the site is betting advice.

• Each game has its own published rules (squad size, formation, budget, captaincy, swap limits and deadlines). Those rules form part of these terms — see the Premier Manager rules.
• Squads lock at the published deadline for each round or stage. Changes made after lock do not count for that round.
• Scoring depends on third-party match and result data. Where that data is delayed, incomplete or corrected after publication, we may recalculate scores. We aim to notify managers of material recalculations.
• We may correct obvious pricing, data or scoring errors, including retroactively, to keep games fair.

You agree not to use bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the game, exploit bugs for advantage, collude to manipulate standings, or attempt to access other managers' accounts or private data. We may disqualify teams, remove leagues, or suspend accounts that breach fair play.

• PRO is an optional paid tier unlocking cosmetic and convenience features (extra teams, kit colorways, historical data, early access). It does not sell points or guaranteed sporting advantage.
• Prices are shown before purchase and include applicable VAT. Subscriptions renew for the stated period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital services. By starting your PRO subscription immediately you agree that performance begins at once and acknowledge you lose that right once the service has been fully performed.

We process your email, account identifiers, team and gameplay data in order to run the games. We do not sell personal data. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your teams and league memberships; anonymised historical standings may remain.

Team names, league names and beta feedback you submit remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display and use them to operate and improve Dynastree. Feedback may be used without obligation or compensation.

Premier League. "Premier League", the Premier League lion, club names, crests and kit designs are trademarks of The Football Association Premier League Limited and its member clubs. Player names and likenesses are the property of the individual players and the Professional Footballers' Association. Premier Manager 2026 is an unofficial fan project and is not licensed or endorsed by the Premier League, the FA, the PFA, UEFA, FIFA or any club.

Cycling. Tour de France and La Vuelta a España, with related race names, logos and route marks, are trademarks of Amaury Sport Organisation (A.S.O.) and Unipublic respectively. Rider and team names belong to their teams, athletes and the UCI.

NFL. NFL, the NFL shield, club names, logos and uniform designs are registered trademarks of the National Football League and its member clubs; player names and likenesses belong to the NFLPA and the athletes.

All such marks are used for identification and editorial purposes only under nominative fair use. Dynastree's own branding, code, artwork, kit designs and scoring engines remain our property. If you are a rights holder with a concern, contact us and we will respond promptly.

Dynastree is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and games may be paused, reset or cancelled. We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party sports data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Dynastree. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. You may close your account at any time, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by Danish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions, data requests and rights-holder notices: hello@dynastree.gg.
