Dynastree.gg is the data controller for the personal data you provide when you create an account. For data requests, contact hello@dynastree.gg.

We process the minimum needed to run the games and your account:

• Email & account ID — to authenticate you, recover access and contact you about your account or major game changes. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Team & gameplay data — your team name, squad picks, captain choices and scores, so the game works and league standings can be computed. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Beta feedback — messages you send through the in-app feedback chat, which may be processed by our AI provider to summarise and route to admins. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can opt out by not using the feedback feature.
• Aggregate usage — counts such as how many managers joined a game, used in aggregate with no link to you.

We do not process special-category data, sell personal data, or use it for profiling beyond running the game.

Dynastree uses only strictly-necessary and preference storage to function. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no consent banner is required under the EU ePrivacy rules. The table below lists every storage item the app sets in your browser.

You can clear any of these at any time from your browser settings; the only effect is that you may need to sign in again or re-pick a UI preference.

When you use the in-page beta feedback chat, your message and the page context are sent to an AI provider that summarises the feedback and routes it to our admins. The provider may process the content transiently to generate the summary. Feedback is tied to your account so we can follow up, and you can stop at any time by closing the feedback chat.

We keep your account and team data for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes your teams, league memberships and feedback; anonymised aggregate standings (e.g. final rankings) may remain for historical reference. Onboarding progress is cleared once onboarding completes.

We use a managed backend (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) to store accounts and game data, and an AI provider for the feedback feature. These processors act on our instructions and are bound by data-processing terms. We do not share personal data with advertisers or third parties for their own purposes.

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and ask for portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish data protection authority (Datatilsynet). To exercise any right, email hello@dynastree.gg.

Dynastree is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.

We will update this page as the platform evolves — for example, if we add analytics or marketing cookies, this page and an in-app consent prompt will reflect that before any such cookie is set. Material changes will be announced in-app.
